As a core component of formulating its five-year Country Development and Cooperation Strategy, USAID Uganda commissioned this country-level gender and social inclusion analysis. It offers a detailed examination of the status of women, youth, and marginalized groups in the context of economic growth, democracy, rights, governance, health, and education. Comprehensive recommendations are provided to strengthen the integration of these groups across the Mission’s programming and to strengthen gender mainstreaming capacity at the Mission-level.
