The Recycling in Jordan Activity works with the Greater Amman Municipality, Ministry of Environment, recycling services companies and private sector waste generators to increase commercial sector utilization of recycling services. As part of the initial market analysis, we led a gender and social inclusion analysis of the recycling sector. The findings and recommendations were used to develop the activity’s Gender Strategy and Action Plan, and to deliver a Gender Training for project staff.
